T

he complex, in a phase of a sapient restructuring, is composed by two typical rural houses, built with stone, bricks and wood and it is immersed in the green of a scenic location above the lake of Polverina.

With the forest of the Monti Sibillini National Park right behind, it is the ideal starting point for unforgettable excursions by foot, horse, mountain bike or motorcycle, along the numberless routes which allow you to reach ancient villages, remote churches and natural wonders, in a landscape environment entirely to be discovered.

In addition to expert guides for the naturalistic observation, you will have at your disposal a billiard table, table-tennis, table-football, mountain bikes, quads, horses and you might participate to the thematic courses which periodically we arrange or to our wonderful excursions.

During this first stage, we are offering you our hospitality in five double bedrooms, each one equipped with private bathroom,

two apartments with double bed, sofa bed for two, kitchen, bathroom,

a large hall with billiard table and reading corner, restaurant, spacious areas of lawn and wood.

Our delicious cuisine is home-made, with the incomparable testing of the best typical regional produce, carefully selected to please the most demanding taste.
